Another fine day for a bike ride

Tito Pilo and I (what else is new) met up again, somewhere along the Lachine Canal Bike path. The plan was for us to ride to the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, past the Casino Montreal, go for a couple of spins around the Grand Prix race track, then head to the Old Port for a cup of coffee, and finally, head back to our starting point (52nd Ave and St. Joseph Blvd. for me).

Heading towards downtown we encounter strong winds. To add to the mix, I felt it necessary to down a Claritin tablet (hay fever / allergy tablet) around 2:00 pm, which made me a little whoozy, my leg muscles wobbly. With a tough ride the night before (strong winds) we decided to reschedule our visit to the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve this Friday afternoon instead.

Thursday, tomorrow, we'll rest our aging legs :-).
