Still love to ride my bike after all these years

 Limited these days to shorter rides because of Tita Nil’s condition, I am always grateful to the Lord whenever there’s a window for me to go out for a bike ride.

Bike Ride With Freddie

We only hope that this ride of Freddie with Pilo and I will be the first of many to come.

We hope his interest in cycling will grow.

What a great way to see much of Montreal and the surrounding area and at the same get a good exercise.

Mom and Dad rewarded us with a Steak lunch upon our return. There was a sale at IGA- between $3 - $4 a slice of steak. Thank you Mom and Dad!

Group Ride

A visit to the Ice Bridge (aka Estacade), on to Circuit Gilles Villeneuve (2 1/2 spins around the Grand Prix track), and back to the start point, corner of Raymond and Lasalle Blvd in Lasalle - a little over 40 kms.

Recon along the Lasalle / Lachine Bike Path

Tita Nil and I drove along Lasalle Blvd (Lasalle) and St. Joseph Blvd (Lachine) to check out the progress of the snow clearing along the bike path.

We were very pleasantly surprised- crews were working to remove snow, clearing the bike path of the white, icy stuff.
