Planned route: Lachine Canal bike path to Ile Notre Dame, ride a few laps around the Gilles Villeneuve Circuit (Grand Prix Du Canada circuit in Montreal), drive back to 55th.

Louis drove from Laval with his Cannondale R700, Saeco team color, in tow.
Paul and Trish said they would ride but could not get their back off their bed :(
Overall a good ride, about 60km altogether.
Stopped by Atwater, the bike store there, to pick up my TDF Yellow jersey. Found out that the price was further reduced to $70 CAD; super duper. Got Paul the TDF Green, sprinter, jersey :)
