Slow down you move too fast

I've been reminded of a Simon and Garfunkel song, "Feelin Groovy"

Slow down, you move too fast
You've got to make the morning last

I think that once in awhile we should slow down and look around us, enjoy the view, smell the St.Lawrence river:)

Look at us a few years ago. We were content at doing 20kph, when we hit 25kph we thought we were pretty fast. Our bikes weren't fancy, our clothing were just our everyday, regular warm weather or fall variety. Hmmmmm....
