Trusting in the Lord's Will

I am posting this daily inspirational that I receive from the Dr.
Robert Schuller Ministries (Hour of Power / Crystal Cathedral) in the
hope that the story and message may be an encouragement to those
people, families that are going through a similar life challenge.

In our church family we have our brother Colin who is still "fighting for his life" after a brain aneurism procedure was performed on him a few months ago. He has been moved from the Jewish General Hospital ICU into a private room. His loved ones and many other brothers and sisters in Christ, all over the world, are still hoping and praying for a miracle from our Lord, that Colin may pull out from this state of health and have a full recovery.

The Medical prognosis is not very good. The Supernatural prognosis and ultimate decision comes from the Lord God above.

Patience And Forgiveness Part II

My friend, Pat Nordberg, had an aneurism in her brain. Brain surgery
left her a wounded, mental cripple. Some time later, she was in the
nursery of her church and noticed a brain-damaged child who was being
completely ignored. Pat, with her wounded mind, felt sorry for this
little child. She put the little girl's head on her lap, and through
that touch of love, the child broke down and cried. Pat thought, "Oh,
God, if just loving a little brain-damaged child could help her this
much, what could I do if I were a psychologist?" She decided then that
God wanted her to become a child psychologist.

She enrolled in college and worked very hard, averaging only three
hours of sleep at night! Still, her wounded mind could not retain what
she read, so she had only a C average to begin with. But she would not
quit!

Fourteen years after her surgery, Pat finally got her Master of Arts
degree! Today, she is one of the most therapeutic healing Christian
child psychologists in the public school system!
