how fast our children grow, I thank God for giving me the opportunity to spend time with my children, go for enjoyable bike rides with them, and share thoughts, ideas, etc. with them along the way

it's not all the time that i bring the camera because it's not small enough to fit in my jersey pocket.
i use a small pouch / bag that you strap around your waist (kangaroo pouch) to hold the camera and at times can get cumbersome particularly on bumpy roads.
with fall around the corner, and winter and the snow trailing very closely, we may not be able to ride as often as we'd like to, but we'll go out ever now and then when the roads are clear of ice and snow, bundled up in our winter cold weather gear.
also, to help stay in shape, i have an indoor tennis club membership, which, unfortunately, does not get used much during the summer months, but just the same, you need to sign up for a yearly membership.
