Paul and I just got back from a 26km ride, just around here, the usual route from our place through Lake Rd, through the bike path along Salaberry to St. Jean Blvd and back.
It was a bit windy, but who is scared of the wind, right?? :)
I'm off to church for our Elder's Board meeting now.
