Recovery Ride- to recover that love to ride feeling maybe? :-)

Riders: Tito Lits, Pilo, and Edmund

Meeting place, various points along the Lachine Canal path.

Destination- Ice Bridge, possibly the 22km round trip stretch of Recre-O-Parc (the strip at the end of the Ice Bridge, towards the towns of Chateauguay and St. Catherine's, QC).

Highlight - 46km ride + upgrade

Tito Lits upgrade courtesy of Cycles Robert in Lasalle. A new pair of Shimano Road cycling shoes and a matching pair of Ultegra SPD-R pedals. Very pleased with service; Pierre, the owner of the store, meticulously fitted / adjusted the shoes to the cleats & pedals. Cycles Robert is highly recommended.

Other upgrade within the last couple of weeks - a new / old Mavic Zsyrium Equipe wheel set. New to me, passed down from Uncle Pilo who upgraded to a pair of brand new Mavic Zsyrium Elite wheel set.
