It's nice to see the Old Port buzzing with activity again. Further ahead you'll find a couple of big tents where the Cirque D'Soleil are performing (part of their training show- but open to general admission). You'll notice the flags are fluttering like crazy- it was a windy day, but, nevertheless, a beautiful day to be thankful for.
People are attracted to the sight of a naval vessel docked at the port (see the couple to the right of the picture)
