You want to have a soft ride?

You've got to get a SoftRide bike like this one my buddy from NJ rides. As kids would say: "wickeddddddd!!"

Manny's not done 'pimping his ride', yet. :)

Toys shown:

-IRD carbon bar

* High modulus carbon fiber composite with extremely high fatigue strength
* Taper wall construction
* 580mm length
* 5° bends
* Alloy reinforcements - safe for bar ends
* 140 grams

-Shimano "alevio" rapid fire trigger shifters
-Bontrager earl lock-on grips
-Cateye astrale 8 rear pickup cyclocomputer

The new Cateye Astrale 8 cycle computer is one of the best all-around cycle computers on the market today. In addition to the most common cycle computer functions, the Astrale offers one of the most useful measurements a cyclist can have - cadence. Cadence is the measure of your revolutions per minute - how fast you are pedaling. The Astrale lets everyone from the seasoned racer to the novice rider monitor their cadence, an excellent indicator for proper gear selection.

Impressions - lower position because old bar was riser type. The lighter weight seems to have dropped the center of gravity some and feels more stable. My arm also hurts less so it must be absorbing the shocks as advertised..
