We're spending the weekend here at Manotick, ON. Our host is the very hospitable Gobuyan Family aka Manotick Mice.
The occassion - birthday of : 1) Aubrey aka Aubeyobe aka Tinkerbell, 2) Auntie Aimee aka Fatima aka Michael's wifey aka mom of Laura and Erika, and 3) Uncle Phillip aka Ging Ging's better half aka Noni's, Brenty's. Ian's and Neil's daddy boy
We (Espinosa crew and Uncle Pilo and Tita Bebot) left Montreal early so that we could still squeeze in an hour or so bike ride before the party starts. When we got here TDF was on and we ended up watching the remainder of today's TDF stage. We're so happy to see Lance finish strong, even without his team mates around him.
Later this afternoon we decided to go for a short ride, inspite of the hot and humid weather, but not long afterwards the rain poured, I mean really poured. Needless to say, we got soaked. But it was a welcome soaking experience :-)
At the moment, to my right, we have the karaoke singers belting out songs one after another.
It's been fun so far!! Great to be with loved ones!!
